MyLuxury1st® is the leader in samples and raw cosmetic pigments. Take a look around! This liquid is used for pressing and making your own foundations, blushes, and eye shadows. Comes in a 10 mL dropper bottle. Squeeze a little out and blend with your eye shadow or loose glitters that you are making and press firmly into your pan. It should look like wet sand.
