This wonderful green leafy vegetable is very low in calories (just 16 kcal/100g) and fats; nonetheless, it is rich in dietary fiber, vitamins, and minerals. Those that cannot get their omega 3's from fish due to allergies can get them from eating Purslane which is what i must do as i have allergic reaction to fish and fish oil.
