We are all about preserving pieces that have been forgotten. These stump tables came from a barn that was deconstructed out in College Grove, TN. This is what used to be an interior structure beam for the barn that was over a hundred years old! We were able to salvage the beams and we loved the distressing and old notches and marks so much that we cleaned them up and made stump tables. The hand hewed marks and scars of these pieces will be sure to bring about conversation! It's fun to imagine the hard work that went into building these barns so many years ago. We have a blast honoring these pieces and repurposing them so that they can live another lifetime in the home they wind up with.
