We desired a phone / tablet cradle which would not only hold our devices upright (and allow access to the buttons) but also allow them to be charged at the same time. The "Better Gadget Cradle" has two slots which allow you to snake power cords underneath the device so you can view your phone and tablet at the same time. (Yes, it is balanced to handle one or both.) There are also 3 holes to hold a pen, pencil and highlighter. (Gasp! Writing utensils? Yes, we're a little old-school @ BHbD. We still actually write things down occasionally. We even use cursive.) The cradle is finished using natural products (coffee, tea, etc) and finished with beeswax. We keep cradles on the nightstand, in the kitchen, on the dining room table and in the workshop. Inexpensive enough to keep one in every room. Deceptively simple. But smart. BHbD. We build what we want.
