New York-based designer Alex Caputo launched his line of leather accessories in fall 2011. The brand set out to create designs with understated American style, adding just enough detail to keep each piece fresh. As part of Caputo & Co.'s commitment to an ethical and sustainable business, the brand has collaborated with Central American producers to develop signature textiles. In addition to creating jobs in these communities, the collaborations make Caputo & Co. accessories distinctive, yet approachable, while highlighting the products' artisan craftsmanship.
