Directions: Remove one vanilla bean from bottle. Split the bean in half and return to the bottle. Add 12 oz. 80 proof or higher vodka. Replace lid. Shake Well. Store in a cool dark place for 2-4 months. Shake bottle every few days. Use the finished Vanilla Extract for all your baking and cooking needs. Once you have used 3/4 of the extract start the above process over. You may continue to refill until the flavor dissipates. You should be able to create more than 72 ounces of pure vanilla extract from one Forever Vanilla bottle.
