The Deuter Arctic Speed Lite 20 is a lightweight, versatile backpack that still has ample space to carry enough equipment for weekend backpacking trips, ski retreats and climbing excursions. The Speed Lite 20 features a U-shaped frame made of Delrin plastic which makes it lightweight and flexible but still durable. There's a sternum strap and removable hip belt for added comfort and support if you're carrying a heavy load. The tapered shape of the pack provides extra arm freedom and makes it suitable for running and climbing, too. The back of the Speed Lite 20 incorporates breathable foam pads to reduce perspiration during use and there's a hose opening and tube holder for a hydration bladder so you can easily access water while you're on the move. In addition to the main compartment, this pack also offers a number of exterior mesh pockets that can hold water bottles, energy bars, maps, gloves and other smaller accessories.
