The Ape Case ACPRO840W is a compact DSLR case with plenty of storage space in a small package. The main compartment of the case features a customizable camera cradle system that can accommodate a DSLR camera body with an attached lens. There's also a fold-out top storage area for storing accessories with a zippered divider to separate the holster into two sections. If you need extra space for your camera, this zipper can be opened to accommodate longer lenses. To protect your equipment from the elements, the main compartment is sealed by a zipper and the case is manufactured using heavy-duty nylon. For heavy rain or snow, there's also a retractable all-weather cover that can be pulled over the entire case to protect it from moisture.

Expandable Storage Area

The sheer number of different camera bodies and lens sizes means there is a wide range of shape and size combinations your camera set-up can take. To accommodate as many different camera configurations as possible, this DSLR case was designed with an expandable storage area so it can fit whatever standard sized DSLR camera you have. It its regular configuration, the ACPRO840W is separated into two compartments: A main compartment that's 9.5" high for standard DSLR camera bodies with an attached lens, and a fold-out, upper storage area for small accessories. These two areas are divided by a zipper which can be opened to expand the height of the main storage area to 14" in order to accommodate longer lenses.
