This is the first of 4 Guji micro-lots we will be releasing this year. This coffee is washed and processed in the district of Uraga. Guji is known for sweet berries and floral chocolates in the cup, and this coffee doesn't disappoint. This coffee came our way from the Oromia Coffee Farmers Cooperative. This coffee performs really well as a drip option, single origin espresso, or a cold brew.
