Using Help:
1. If the printer does not work after installing the cartridge clean the chip contacts of the cartridges with a rubber eraser or cotton swab. Take care not to touch the ink nozzles on the bottom of the cartridge.
2. If the print pages seem faded or poor performance a nozzle clean and continue to print.
3. You are advisable to use your printer at least 1~2 times every month.

Q: Why am I receiving a ¡°Not Recognized¡± error? Why doesnt my cartridge fit? It is "too big".
A: Please make sure that you have removed the tape that covers the print-head and electrical contacts (if one exists). With a pencil eraser, please firmly erase over the contact strip where the gold dots are, reinstall the cartridge.
