This dichroic glass is translucent and lovely with a spring green and lilac color shift. the striations in the glass add sparkle and interest and are set off by iridescent peacock Swarovski crystal beads. Once I've fired the pieces, I router a thin groove into the edge of the glass and wire wrap it with Argentium silver wire. The glass is a 1/2" circle and has two layers fused in the kiln to 1350 degrees and annealed overnight. The handmade Argentium silver ear wires are lyrical in shape and compliment your face, dangling a scant 2" from top of ear wire to the bottom of the earring.
