Instructions:

1. Place two scoops or more to the pour over coffee dripper. We recommend medium fine grind - But it's personal preference. The finer the grind, the slower the brewing process.

2. Bring water to a boil. Pour a small amount of hot water over the coffee in the cone dripper to wet the grounds.

3. VERY IMPORTANT STEP: Allow the wet coffee gruunds to "Bloom" for 20-30 seconds - The bloom allows coffee to release natural gases and expand slightly.

4.. Slowly pour the remaining hot water in a circular motion around the coffee. 

5. You can adjust the grind, amount of coffee, to regulate the brewing time to suit your individual taste.
