The flower measures 4 inches across and has been glued onto black elastic ponytail holders with circle pad. Rubber band circle size: 1 3/4" (4.5cm) in diameter.Rubber band thickness: 1/4"(5mm) in diameter. Stretch to fit for teens and women. It's also stylish to wear as bracelets/ corsage.
