Wheel thrown contemporary stoneware coffee / tea mug. Glazed with a dark grey satin matte, it has the look and feel of weathered river stone. It measures 5 in. tall and holds 14 ounces. Distressed yellow slip band at foot. This premium mug features a super comfy two finger "ring" handle. These hand built handles take much longer to make than my others, and require a slightly higher cost. I'm confident that once you try it, this mug will become your new favorite. Food, dishwasher and *microwave safe. * This stoneware contains red iron which can heat up in a microwave causing hot handles and in rare cases, cracking. 20-30 second to reheat coffee is typically fine.
