The smooth surface makes this paper printable as well as good for handwriting, stamping, scrapbooking, and other craft projects. The 65# weight will run through most printers without jamming. Laser printers often don't handle a heavier 80# weight very well. A light weight cover|card stock which gives more stiffness for covers, posters and cards, but still handles a lot like text weight paper.
