This gorgeous piece of crotch cut maple was rough turned, cured for six months, then returned to the lathe. Crystal clear resin spans an open knot like it's gazing out of one side of the bowl. Curly grain patterns and colorful spalting are offset against a simple and elegant rim. 7.5 inches across and 7.25 inches tall, highly polished, maple on maple, Danish oil finish.
