This pad has a 1/4-20 INT thread which allows it to be mounted directly to tools with 1/4-20 EXT threaded shafts or use with Roloc(TM) shank to fit collet chuck tools. 1/4" Shank This shank has a 1/4 inch diameter to fit 1/4 inch collet chucks or drill chucks. It also has a 1/4-20 external thread to fit Roloc(TM) Disc Pads with 1/4-20 internal threads.
