4 HAWAIIAN PINK HIBISCUS PLANT CUTTINGS ~ GROW HAWAII
DESCRIPTION
4 Hawaiian Pink Hibiscus Plant Cuttings Grow Hawaii I come from a large family of about 1000 species of plants from herb to trees. I am related to cotton, okra, flowering maple, hollyhock, milo, ilima and hau; but it is I, the flowering hibiscus, that comes to mind when people think of the word hibiscus. Hawaii's Governor Archibald Cleghorn, was the first to produce new varieties of me in Hawaii in 1872. He sure got the ball rolling, for soon after I became very popular here. In fact, I'm Hawaii's state flower (yellow). I'm inexpensive to grow, relatively free of pests, beautiful to look at as an ornamental bush or hedge, and my flower is positively beautiful. GROWING INSTRUCTIONS: Please plant cutting in vermiculite and perlite, and keep in a sunny area. Keep constantly moist and in about 2 or 3 months, I will have enough roots and should be transplanted in a potting soil mix with good drainage. Feed me with 16-16-16 fertilizer every 6-8 weeks. Moderate temperatures of 60F-85F will be appreciated, and I need full sun to bloom.
