Our Totally Tequila Orange jam is made of our Orange base. Unlike a traditional marmalade which is made with sour oranges, large sections of peel and a lot of sugar, our Totally Tequila Orange jam is made from fresh sweet oranges (like Valencias and Navels) and lemons (Eureka and other lemons with a punch), which is our orange base. Then we add Tequila and cook it off. You are left with a taste of Tequila which tastes yummy on cream cheese and goes wonderfully with hams and pork. We let the fruit do the talking. It's about as simple and wholesome as you can get. They are naturally low in calories and naturally high in flavor. Also available in 8 oz size. We are a Certified Producer (California) and use as much of our own fruits as we can, the rest we buy from local growers in Southern California and Northern Arizona. Unopened shelf life is approximately 2 years. Refrigerate after opening. Shelf life after opening is appropriately two months refrigerated. Do not feed honey to infants under 1 year of age. We call them marmalades because they contain citrus peel. But they taste like a cross between a jam and a jelly.
