This is an antique wood handled spoke shave tool, the blade holder is embossed "E.C. Atkins & Co. Indianapolis, Ind." The tool has an opening for the blade that measures 2 1/2 inches wide, and the whole tool is almost 12 inches long. No blade included. Nice carved wood body, thick and sturdy. Very good condition with no breaks or damage, shows only some minor spotty surface wear from use.Black Market Antiques
