Hang the Alarm on door knob, door handle, etc. Pull hang cord , once pulled 10 to 15 seconds to place over door knob and stabilize unit. Once stabilized red light will go on. Sensor will detect any subsequent movement of door and alarm will sound. To deactivate pull down gently on unit while it is still on the door, so that light pressure is exerted on cord. Note alarm may sound briefly. Uses (1) 9-volt battery. Color: Bright blue/red.
