This tapestry cushion is part of a line of twelve cushions showing dressed up dogs by the belgian artist Thierry Poncelet. It is woven on a jacquard loom. Tapestry design is a craft that only a few master. The designer starts from a high resolution image, which he scans and then comepletely reworks it until it is ready for weaving. Averagely, the "cleaning up" of an image takes between 12 and 16 hours. Respect ! The cushion is woven with 100% cotton thread. It is lined with a plain beige cotton backing. We finished the cushion with the Yapatkwa label, your guarantee for a 100% belgian quality product; Size is 45x45 cms (18'x18'). We advise an inner of 50x50 cms (20'x20'), because we like our cushion covers well filled. Please note that this offer does not include the inner.
