1. Measure the circumference at 1.5 IN below the knee at the Calf and just above the Ankle joint. 2. Measure from the floor to the upper thigh; measurement determines: Short (24.4 -27.55 IN) or Long (28-31.5 IN). To determine Normal or Plus, use the calf and thigh measurements and select which number you are closest to, closer to the smaller number=Normal, closer to the larger number=Plus.
