There is a tartan plaid bow at the waist with a yellow button. The skirt is made of 100% cotton. It is royal blue with chalk boards, rulers, pencils, ABCs and scissors. There is a tartan plaid ribbon around the hem right above the ruler ribbon and then the hem is black and white polka dots. The dress is slip on for easy on and off.
