1. The broken mirror should remain in the backing plate, but loose pieces should be removed .
2.Dry fit(test fit) replacement mirror in opening to check proper fit.
3. Apply the adhesive patches and/or silicone/urethane to the replacement mirror's back and place over the existing mirror.
4. Clean the installed mirror with urethane-safe glass cleaner.
5. Done.
6. NOTE: The backing plate mentioned above is your existing backing plate, this mirror does not come with a backing plate.
