Flowering quince has a beautiful form, attractive foliage, superior fall color, showy fall fruits and dramatic bark patterning. This is an averaged sized upright shrub or small tree with spreading crown and a moderate growth rate. Single pink blooms appear in spring before the foliage. Leaves are thick, glossy and deep green, remaining evergreen in milder climates.
