Available in 5 tension levels, ranging from extra-light thru extra-heavy, VariGrip includes visual notches located by the adjustment knobs to allow easy identification and measuring of baseline and progression goals. Molded finger pads provide added comfort, and a special palm bar offers additional exercises and does not shift when in use.
