For swimmers needing to find a better balance in their underwaters because they don't finish fully forward or use too much knees, add the Lil' Red Kick as a pendulum. Start with the weight at the far end of the EelFin to create a 'big fish' full range undulation. Once the swimmer is fully undulating in both directions with minimal knee bend, move the weight to the mid-point for more practice. Continue the training by moving the weight as close to the feet as possible to develop a super fast undulation. For regular training the EelFin can be used without the added weight.
