This innovation allows the winemaker to extract deep color, chewy tannins, tantalizing flavors and complex aromas that creates an excellent finished wine with aromatic bouquet, rich color and mouth feel you have come to expect of ultra premium richly structured wines. Each red wine kit contains either a 250kg (5.5 lbs) package of Genuwine Winery Crushed Grape Skins which is the equivalent to 4.5lbs of whole varietal grapes resulting in an authentic and very satisfying wine. White wines in this series have been uniquely designed to bring out the best flavors and aromas in each varietal. Carefully selected yeast strains highlight and enhance varietal characteristics during the fermentation process, creating a white wine that is sure to have everyone reaching for a second glass. The kits listed below are the wine kit only. Each kit contains grape juice concentrate plus all the necessary ingredients to make the specified amount of wine. The ingredients include yeast, bentonite, potassium sorbate, potassium metabisulfite and a fining agent. Some kits may also contain wine bottling labels, oak, ederberries, currants and/or a flavoring pack.
