The Kittery brings the style of a casual sock with the performance and cushioning of a light hiking sock, making it a great choice for both work and play in the rough terrain of its namesake: the town of Kittery, Maine. We built this sock using traditional outer plaiting construction, which places the most body yarn next to the skin for maximum comfort. When that body yarn is made using 100% US-grown merino wool, the result is an itch-free, super-soft and thermally regulating hiking sock that naturally fights odor-causing bacteria.
