First Legion's American Civil War focuses on the bloodiest engagement of the War Between the States, Gettysburg. As part of Archer's Brigade, the13th Alabama was heavily engaged on day 1 one of the Battle of Gettysburg against the Iron Brigade around McPherson's Woods. They are credited for having been one of the possible regiments to have shot and killed Union General John Reynolds. Though the figures are designed as the 13th Alabama, they can serve well as many different Confederate Regiments and the figures will mix and match quite well with other Confederate figures.
