These figures from First Legion represent the German 6th Parachute regiment at Normandy in 1944. Along with the 17th SS Panzer Grenadier Division, these paratroopers counterattacked at Carentan against the 101st Airborne at the Battle of Bloody Gulch. NOR026-035 complement the Waffen SS NOR013-025 and US Airborne NOR001-012 figures. Kneeling to fire adds stability to the fully automatic MP40 and this Fallschirmjager reduces his chance of being shot at the same time.
