Seeds per packet: About 40 Description: This European large-flowered foxglove species is easy to grow from seed and a stunning addition to the shady perennial border. The 2-inch long pendulant blooms are yellow outside with netted brown interiors. Durable and hardy plants are strong garden performers. Uses/Culture: Edging of woodland areas, back of mixed beds and borders, large containers. Plants perform well in a variety of soil conditions provided they are not allowed to dry out. Suitable for use in full sun in northern climates but should be contained to shady areas in southern regions. Germination Requirements: Germination occurs under warm, moist conditions in 3-4 weeks.
