S/M: Rib waistband (relaxed): 13 inches Rise (to top of waistband): 13.25 inches; Inseam: 26 inches; Thigh width: 7.25 inches; Knee width: 5.25 inches; Waistband height: 5.875 inches; L/XL: Rib waistband (relaxed): 14.5 inches; Rise (to top of waistband): 14.5 inches; Inseam: 27 inches; Thigh width: 8.25 inches; Knee width: 6.5 inches; Waistband height: 6 inches PLEASE NOTE: These have a TON of stretch - we suggest putting them on like you would nylons/tights as you go up. Not pulling up hard on the fabric giving it too much vertical stretch on your body. Once you get them up over your hips - pull the fabric out around your legs/calves/hips to allow it to retract. FIBER: Viscose, Nylon and spandex CARE: Hand wash or machine wash gentle cycle.  Lay flat to dry. If you prefer a bit of shrinkage, medium heat dryer
