Please well noted that all printing ballons will have ink smell. It was dispersed at least a month before it exits factory, and in ventilated condition, the smell can almost be ignored, but it do exsit more or less in closed environment, so wash and dry it when you receive it if you mind, but it is safe, not toxic.
Warm Reminder: Latex balloons should avoid to touch sharp objects, dirty ground, direct solar radiation and excessive squeeze. It should not get full air in summer due to high temperature.
Generally, helium and hydrogen can fly 4-12 hours after inflating, so it should be inflated at the day of using. (Be carefull when inflating with hydrogen, get away from fire or high heat place.)
