Standard US size?
No,our shoes run CHINESE SIZE,NOT standard US or EUR SIZE. Please choose size by measuring your heel-to-toe length. Choose a size larger than the actual cm measurement for FAT feet. The size chart pic will help you.

Water proof Paint?
Yes water proof paint is used. you can wear the shoes in rainy days and wash them, DO NOT brush the paint heavily or use washing machine. Keep shoes away from high temperature.

Where are the shoes?
Shoes shipped from China in 7 days since you pay. FedEx 3-5 days to arrive in USA, Canada, France, Italy, Spain, Germany, etc; China Post-EMS 5-10 days to arrive in UK, Mexico, Russia, etc. If they are gifts please contact about the deadline you need so we will give priority to your order.

Is return accepted?
Yes, return and exchange of unworn shoes in 7 days since arrival are accepted. We pay for the freight only if there's quality flaw. You will pay freight if you choose wrong size; and over-spray is normal in hand painting, it's not included in quality flaw. After receive shoes, we will refund you or exchange for you ASAP.
