The beautiful bead topper on this hair stick is a green and brown twisted coin bead accompanied by silver accents. A coordinating green crystal sets at the top, completing the design. The beaded top is built on a strong steel pin that should not break with normal handling. ~ The smooth, round hair stick is hand turned from ash. Several coats of polyurethane make it water resistant, but not water proof - it's fine to hold up your damp bun, but you don't want to wear it swimming.
