Delicately Pink is a handmade pink tulle tutu. There are over four yards of tulle in this tutu. The elastic is a nice one inch for comfortable wear. The waistband is made from white polyester satin. Every little girl can wear a tutu and pretend she is the prima ballerina in her own ballet. Or she can wear a beautiful hat and a feather boa and play dress up at her next tea party. The waistband can accommodate up to a 28" waist. This tutu can be made in any color and size that you may desire.
