"Top Coat" volume and definition-intensifying mascara.   When applied after your usual mascara, the volume of your eyelashes increases by more than double*.   The elastomeric applicator has been specifically developed and created by KIKO to maximize the  mascara's volumizing and defining results. The bristles pick up and release the ideal amount of product to enhance the volume effect while their semi-rigid structure separates the lashes perfectly and distributes mascara evenly. Their varied length makes the product easy to apply: the long bristles at the base of the applicator are for the central eyelashes, while the short bristles on the tip allow you to reach the short lashes in the corners of the eye.
