Salad Rape is another simple to grow seed to produce small immature sprouts that adds delicious flavour to your egg sandwich or as a garnish on foods. It needs to be sown in the same way as cress (on a moist piece of paper or a saucer) . Salad Rape is for sprouting in containers or in small patches outside. It is best to sow successionally for a regular supply and is ready about 10 days after sowing.
