An All America Selection Award Winner, Cornell's Bush Delicata has a beautifully sweet and nutty flavour which makes it ideal for must uses such as roasting, baking or soups. It produces narrow, elongated fruits with cream coloured skin and dark green thin stripes and the very sweet, orange flesh can be eaten as soon as mature. This variety gives a better yield than the other delicata types.
