Set on both sides of the large amethyst are six small round amethysts - three on each side - and they measure 3mm. The ring also has beautiful pink sapphires weighing a total of 1 1/2 carats and diamond accents of 1/4 carat in white gold. The sapphires are 2mm and the diamonds measure 1mm.
