The overall length is 5.25 inches and the stick holes are 2 ¾ inches center to center. We use heavy 8-10 oz. tooling leather to make this barrettes. This will hold most pony tails, but if you have thinner or heavier hair then let us know what hole spacing you would like us to use when making you custom handcrafted Ponytail Barrette.
