We'll start by sizing and shaping your hat. When cool and dry, we are going to sand it, brush it, trim it and cure it to make sure it has a smooth touch. Then we'll attach a high quality satin lining and hand stitch the sweatband of your choice into the hat. This shape is distinguished by a 2 3/8" snap brim and a 4 3/4" medium crown which is pinched in the front and indented into a teardrop shape in the center. The outside is normally decorated with a taupe hatband but you may have it finished in any ribbon color from our swatch.
