Hang this quilted fabric art piece on your wall and remind yourself to do just that every day :-) The stones are made with a raw edge applique technique and free motion quilted after layering with batting and backing like a traditional quilt. The quilting adds texture and interest to the piece. After finishing with a facing, it is glued to a stretched canvas that has been painted blue. Bits of driftwood and a small bird of peace bead is also glued onto the canvas. As you can see the last photo, the back has a wire and is ready for hanging.
