Made of pure cellulose paper, Novacart disposable baking molds are safe in the freezer, as well as in the oven and microwave up to 390 degrees Fahrenheit. Although placing the molds on a baking sheet increases stability and facilitates transportation to and from the oven, the molds are self-supporting.
