This pendant is the medium sized version of our signature 1" x 2" glass pendant, perfect for young ladies and women alike. It is hand crafted from a piece of glass measuring 18mm x 38mm (3/4" x 1 1/2"). Including the bail, it's total length is 1 7/8". The glass goes through an 8 step process beginning with adhering the image to the back of the glass, finished by attaching the bail. The back of the pendant is protected by application of a two compound resin that finishes to a resilient, tough coating. The necklace comes with an 18" silver tone chain with a lobster clasp, but if you would prefer another length, please let me know in the comments when you check out. The art in the pendant is as vivid and colorful as the picture of the original art. I have discovered photographing work under glass a challenge! Some images may appear "washed out" in the photograph, but are beautiful in person! This item is water resistant, but I would not recommend showering, swimming or other prolonged exposure to water while wearing it to prevent any damage.
