✔ - Step 1: Open the mill by twisting the grip counter-clockwise. Fill the container with salt grains or peppercorns. Do not overfill the grinder.
✔ - Step 2: After filling, put the grip back and turn it clockwise to lock tight. A clear clicking sound means it's closed right.
✔ - Step 3: Twist the adjustment dial at the bottom of the mill to choose the suitable grind fineness, clockwise for coarser grind and counterclockwise for finer grind.
✔ - Step 4: After setting the grind fineness, grab the grip and twist it clockwise to grind.
