DESCRIPTION
Adjustable resistance levels by opening or closing the bottom openings. Our new Power Bags have a drawstring strap on both ends, one is elastic and the other strap is non-elastic to help you fit the bags over the feet, calves, forearms or stretch them over a standard kickboard (PB40 is the only size that fits a kickboard). These bags are great to train a high kick with good hip rotation and ankle flexibility. They are ideal to improve the quality of a high elbow catch and a strong faster recovery when used on the arms. But unlike any other product, they help train the feel and power of breast stroke kicking when used on the feet or on the calves. When used on around the waist as a skirt they can be used just on the front or the back, or both. The swimmer will naturally drive their hips up to get the bags out of the water to reduce the overall resistance. As a parachute, you can add paddles and other items to change the resistance to suit your needs for an overall uniform drag resistance on the entire body evenly. Stretch the PB50 size bag over a standard kickboard and add items such as a pull buoy inside the bag to make a resistance kickboard. Or stretch it over a kickboard and pull it behind the body and over the feet to force the feet underwater for a harder workout. We include 2 belts so you can use one around the waist and the other as a pull strap for the parachute or to drag the kickboard. 3 sizes • Light (PB25) - ages 11+ • Heavy (PB40) - ages 13+ • Pro (PB50) - college and Olympians Each set of Power Bags Include: • 2 bags • 2 strap belts • Each bag has 2 straps - 1 red non-elastic (ideal for around ankles) and 1 black elastic (best for the top of calves or over elbows)
