This is a low noise low distortion tone control stereo board. The circuit consists of NO active elements and is a CR type of tone control.

Continuously adjustable bass and treble passive tone control circuit, the circuit is a classic tone circuit, passive attenuated tone no negative feedback, low distortion transient response, after attenuated tones are the volume control, three double potentiometer assembly.

Application:The tone control board can be inserted between the preamplifier and the power amplifier. It can also be used to put behind the source, if the source has enough driving capability. Alternatively user can put a buffer right after the source for best performance. We have a number of choice for the buffers, such as "JFET input cascoded buffer";"Class A matched SE J-FET stereo buffer";"Class A tube buffer" etc. Search "buffer in our shop and there are numerous choices.

Control range: +/-6dB for both HF and LF.
